RURAL LINK ROADS CONSTRUCTED UPTO 24/07/1999: HSAMB had constructed
83 Number Rural Link Roads having a length of 290 KMS with an expenditure of
Rs. 1157.05 lacs.
RURAL LINK ROADS CONSTRUCTED FROM 25/07/1999 TO 02/03/2005: During this tenure 111 numbers new link roads having a length of
327.58 Kms with an expenditure of Rs. 2574.32 Lacs have been completed.
RURAL LINK ROADS CONSTRUCTED / IN PROGRESS AFTER 03/03/2005
TO DATE: 6 Nos new link roads
having a length of 12.77 Kms with an estimated cost of Rs. 111.18 lacs are in
progress. Metalling in a length of 10.45 Kms & premix carpet in 5.60 Kms
stand completed up to 30/09/2005. An expenditure of Rs. 33.33 lacs have been
incurred on this roads by present Government. During this tenure 2 link roads
having length 5.40 Kms have been completed in all respects.
SPECIAL REPAIR OF RURAL LINK ROADS FROM 25/07/1999 TO 02/03/2005:
1)
S/R of PWD Roads: 17Numbers PWD link
roads having a length of 65.29 Kms were transferred to HSAMB for one time
maintenance purpose. All this link roads have been got repaired. An expenditure
of Rs. 361.45 lacs have been incurred on repair of these roads.
2)
S/R of HSAMB Roads: During this tenure 65 rural link roads having a length of 179.54
Kms have been got repaired with an expenditure of Rs. 546.56 Lacs

Numbers link roads having a length of 68.16 Kms with an estimated cost of Rs.
219.00 Lacs is in progress. An expenditure of Rs. 74.61 Lacs have been incurred
on repair of these roads. Repair of 3 roads have been completed in all respect.
MANDI WORKS EXECUTED FROM 25/07/1999 TO 02/03/2005: During this tenure 36
numbers mandi works with an expenditure of 1071.82 Lacs have been completed.
Mandi works were : Development of new Mandi, Development of New Purchase
Centres, Extension of existing Purchase Centres, Providing additional
facilities in existing mandies with an assistance of Technology mission of
Cotton, Government of India.
MANDI WORKS AFTER 03/03/2005 TO DATE 9 Numbers mandi works
with an estimated cost of Rs. 142.86 are in progress and an expenditure of Rs.
32.22 Lacs have been incurred on these works up to 03/09/2005.
