A.

Registration of SSI units.

The Industrial unit which have investment up to Rs. One Crore in plant and machinery Industries subject to fulfillment of other conditions. Registration  has been divided in two categories provisional registration and permanent registration. 

 

Provisional Registration

It is done for the proposed industrial units and valid for five years form the date of issue.

 

Permanent Registration

It can be done after the start of commercial production of unit.

B.

Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana.

Under this scheme loan is provided to unemployed educated  youths through commercial Banks of set up their venture. Eligibility of the candidate are as under:-

    

1.      Unemployed

2.      Permanent resident of Distt.

3.      Age should be 18 years to 35 years and up to 45 years in case of SC/ST. Ex-Servicemen, Handicapped and women applicants.

 

IV.

Qualification

Middle or I.T.I passed or have undergone Govt. sponsored technical course for a minimum duration of six month.

V.

Income

Up to Rs. 40000/- per annum of parents and up to Rs. 40000/-per annum of family. Family income means the beneficiary and the spouce. Family income would include in come from all sources whether wages, Salary,

Pension, Agriculture, Business and Rent etc.

VI.

Defaulter

Applicant should not be a default of any nationalized bank, Cooperative Bank of other financial institutions.

VII.

Project Cost

Project up to two lacs are covered under this scheme in case of individual applicant. It two or more eligible applicants join together in partnership will cover up to Rs. 10 Lacs. Limit in business is Rs. One lac activities in case of individual applicants and Rs. two lacs for service and industry activities.

VIII.

Margin Money

Applicant is required to contribute 5% to 16% of project cost margin money.

IX.

Subsidy

Govt. of India would provide subsidy @ 15% of the project cost subject to ceiling of Rs. 7500/-per applicant.

Registration of Firms and Societies.

Powers have been delegated to the G.M.D.I.C as Distt. Registrar of firm and societies are being registered under Indian partnership Act 1932 and societies registration Act 1860 respectively.

I.

25% Subsidy on the capital cost (excluding land cost) to the maximum of Rs. 50 Lakh for food processing industry.

II.

12% Capital subsidy to SSI units on the cost of equipment to the maximum of Rs. 4.8 Lakh ofr technology up gradation.

III.

75% Subsidy to the maximum of Rs. 75000/- to SSI units for opting 150  

9000 Certification.

IV.

50% testing equipment subsidy to  the maximum of Rs. 50000/- to small and medium enterprises.

V.

25% margin money assistance convertible to subsidy for tiny.

VI.

Electricity duty exemption to the new industries for five years.

VII.

20 rebate on the cost of land if the industrial units goes into production within 3 years of after of possession of the Indl. Plot.

New Industrial policy of the state is under preparation which expected to be announced in the next month.

A proposal for setting up of food park at Hansi has been recommended to the Govt. for setting up food processing industries.

This office has done remarkable work for providing employment to the unemployment youth under PMRT scheme.
